Like many who are reading this blog I chose to follow a different path in life. I wasn’t born with a silver spoon, rich parents, awesome connections, or prodigy like programming skills. I was however, born with the notion that “mediocrity is not an option.” This blog is for me to share my struggles, my victories , and my insights on my path to success. Being an entrepreneur takes courage and I commend every single one of you that have laid it all out on the line in hopes of making an impact. Especially, those who fall under the “Self-Made” category. I like to think of myself as a self-made entrepreneur on his journey from being micro to macro. Like you, I always hear the success stories , but i never hear about how they got to where they are today. Where they like me? When did they start their journey? What made them standout to the “Untouchables”? The questions are endless… Hopefully, this will serve as a roadmap :)

My Background:

I was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil and moved to a small town in Indiana, USA as a child. I graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business (Go Hoosiers!) in 2011. Before embarking on my entrepreneurial journey’s, I made an effort to spend a fair bit of time traveling the world and learning from other cultures. I am fluent in three languages and am working on my fourth.

I’ve wanted to achieve one thing my entire life and that is to become a game-changing entrepreneur. As a child, I was always labeled an “opportunist” (I recall getting in deep sh*t on several occasions in grade school for the stunts I would pull to make an extra buck). I was 16 when I started my first real company. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunities to grow that company to $2 million/yr in revenues by age 20. I am now 24 years old and the founder of MobileX Labs, a simplified solution for rapid mobile app creation. My goal in life is to disrupt an industry and make the world a better place through entrepreneurship.

I preach three things in life. Stay hungry, hustle hard, and never get complacent. One day you WILL wake up with a stiff back, a white head of hair, and think to yourself where all your time went. Don’t let this happen to you! Follow your dreams NOW! I love startups, high-speed racing, trying everything once, experiencing what the world has to offer, sushi, sunny weather, and obnoxiously loud music.
